The company has acquired approximately 99.97 percent share from Smurfit Kappa Nervion SA -- an industrial company with active interest in the production of pulp, paper and packaging materials. Through its subsidiaries Celpack and Ska S.p.A, the company is active in Portugal and Italy, respectively.
